1.参赛资格

• 2019年在新加坡小学就读的小五和小六学生有资格参赛。

• Mind Stretcher Education Pte Ltd (“MS”) 及各中心雇员的亲属不参加此项比赛。

 

2.如何参赛

• 初赛作品须网上呈交，请点击这里。

• 每位同学只能呈交一篇作品。作品篇幅不超过500字。

• 请同学们完整填写《报名表》，与作品一并呈交。

• 呈交截止日期：2019年6月2日

• 所有作品必须原创，未曾发表或即将发表，否则将失去比赛资格。

• 请在作文的左上角写明以下信息：
  a) 姓名
  b) 年级
  c) 所在学校
  d) 题号

• 网上直接呈交的作品须以14号字，双倍行距排版。

• 我们也接受字迹清晰的电子版稿件。

• 所有呈交作品须出于原创，未曾发表或即将发表。

• 作品内容不可抄袭任何出版物或网络文章。

• 如果发现作品存在任何抄袭现象，参赛者将被取消参赛资格，并可能承担与版权相关的法律责任。

 

3.大决赛

• 同学们将在2019年6月4日前通过电邮接获入围大决赛的通知。

• 入围者将于2019年6月24日在MS东部校区现场完成一篇作文，一决高下。比赛结果将在会场揭晓，并举行颁奖典礼。

4.奖励

• 大决赛前20名的同学将获颁奖状和奖金。

• 所获代金券不可换取现金，或转赠他人。

• 获奖者必须出席颁奖典礼才能获奖。

 

5. 评审

• 评审将综合考量作品的审题、内容、表达、创意等因素。

• 作品一经评定，即为最终结果。

• 全部呈交作品将不被发还。

• 获选作品将由我们的老师精心加上注解和讲评，编辑成书，出版发行，供广大同学学习参考。获选作品的作者将在出版后获赠这本书。

6.版权声明

• The rights to all entries for this competition vest entirely in MS, and MS retains the exclusive, perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose consistent with its mission, including but not limited to educational, archival and research purposes, and for publicising Mind Stretcher or any programme or faculty of Mind Stretcher, including the right to make derivative works for such purposes, whether in printed and electronic form.

• By participating in this competition, the participants and winners consent to MS publishing their names, photographs, biographical information and statements for publicity, awareness and promotional purposes relating to the competition, publication of the compositions and its related activities.

• MS reserves the right to change, amend, modify, any part of the competition rules and regulations either in an individual case or in general, at any time without notice.
